Connect compatible legacy equipment with a 6-pin DIN audio/video output to a television, monitor, projector or audio system with standard RCA AV inputs.
This cable features a 6-pin DIN male connector on one end and three colour-coded RCA male connectors on the other. The yellow RCA plug carries composite video, while the white and red RCA plugs are intended for left and right stereo audio when used with compatible equipment.
It is suitable for selected VCRs, VCD and DVD players, older audio systems and retro games consoles that use a matching 6-pin DIN audio/video pin configuration.

Connection guide:
1. Insert the 6-pin DIN male plug into the compatible DIN audio/video output on the source device.
2. Connect the yellow RCA plug to the VIDEO IN socket.
3. Connect the white RCA plug to the AUDIO L input.
4. Connect the red RCA plug to the AUDIO R input.
5. Select the correct AV input source on the television or display.
For audio-only equipment, the yellow video connector may not be required.
Important compatibility information:
A 6-pin DIN connector does not use one universal pin assignment. Internal wiring can vary between VCRs, DVD players, audio equipment and games consoles.
Please confirm the exact DIN pinout of your equipment before ordering. Matching the connector shape alone does not guarantee compatibility.
This cable is designed for analogue composite video and audio signals only. It does not convert signals to HDMI or any other digital format.
